A common image in my work is the human figure. I am interested in the ways in which experience and experiment, and other art forms, shape the work. I try to explore the process by which the past is surfacing into the present and complementing it.

My work is concerned with investigation of physical and psychological relationships among the characters and between the characters and the viewers. I am also interested in appropriating certain aesthetic references from specific European and Asian historical styles and philosophies.

My images invite the viewer to read them as fragments of a larger narrative by suggesting the context implicit in each image and by connecting all of the prints to form a tale. My aim is to create a discourse open to multiple readings, based on the most universal human themes, presented through my own personal experience. Based on that, I let the viewer search and find his own meaning.
